Always and Forever Young Incorporated (AAFYI) Corporate offices are currently located at 12 Colonial Springs Rd Wheatley Heights, NY 11798( soon to be relocated to 1019 Middle Country Rd Ridge, NY 11961 and Receives all mail at P. O. Box 1392 Wyandanch, NY 11798.

AAFYI was founded 2010 in the State of Georgia and now operates in the State of New York as a supportive services and housing organization. Currently AAFYI employs 2 Full Time Employees as well as 10 Volunteers. AAFYI started as one transitional recovery home to give people in recovery by providing a clean and safe environment to eat and sleep. That was four years ago now AAFYI is now able to offer 5 transitional recovery homes on Long Island with four being in Suffolk County and one In Nassau County. Our Next accomplishment was the acquirement of a 70 Bed Emergency Housing Unit which will give our program the edge to provide even better programs and services.
